Can my guests use a QR Code?

QR codes are becoming increasingly popular for wedding couples in sharing their wedding website with their guests.

Simply put, for a wedding website, they are a barcode with the wedding website URL stored as the data. Guests can scan the QR code with their phone's camera, and be directed to the website on their phone.

For a Hey Wedding Day wedding website you have 2 types of QR codes you can download and share with your guests:

• Single Wedding Website QR code.
• Multiple RSVP QR Codes.

Single Wedding Website QR Code

This is the preferred way when you only want to share one QR code with all of your guests.

Each guest will be directed to your wedding website homepage. If you're using the RSVP service, guests will then have to access their personal RSVP themselves.

You can enable RSVP Name Search to allow guests to access their RSVP without sending each party a passcode.

To download the wedding website QR code, navigate to the RSVP settings. and click the Download button.

Multiple RSVP QR Codes

This is the preferred way when you don't mind sharing multiple QR codes.

Each QR code will give automatic access for that party's RSVP. They can simply scan the QR code and RSVP immediately - no need to search by name, or passcode.

To download each party's QR code, first toggle the switch in the RSVP settings..

Then navigate to the Guest Management, and you will be able to click the download icon for each Party's QR Code.
