How do my guests access their RSVP?
Your guests will be able to access their RSVP form on your Hey Wedding Day wedding website a variety of ways:
- Searching via the guest's name.
- Entering their unique passcode.
- With a magic link.
- With a QR code.
Searching by guest's name
Guest's can search for their group/party of guest's by searching with one of the guest's names.
The benefit here is that you can avoid sending a passcode to each party.

Whether you decide to use the guest's full name, or just their first name, searching by one of the names is sufficient enough. i.e. searching John will return the RSVP of John Smith.
The results will display a list of guests, grouped by their party. The guest can then select their party to continue to their RSVP.

Please note: Enabling guest's name search, also means that the wedding guest list and RSVPs are also accessible by the public, if your website or RSVP is not password protected.
You have the option to enable or disable the name search. This can be found in the RSVP settings.
Entering their RSVP passcode
Each group/party of guests will have a unique passcode generated for them. This can always be entered by the guest to access their RSVP, if they cannot find themselves with their name.
Please note: The passcode (auto-generated by us) is not the same as the RSVP password (created by you).
More information on where to find the passcode can be found here.
With a Magic Link
Each party of guests can access their RSVP with a magic link. This link is generated by us, and is unique per party of guests. First toggle the magic links switch in the RSVP settings.. Then in the Guest Management, you will find the magic link next the group of guests.
With a QR Code
Each party of guests can access their RSVP through their own unique QR code. First toggle the switch in the RSVP settings..

Then navigate to the Guest Management, and you will be able to click the download icon for each Party's QR Code.
