How can I ask my guests a question?

Asking questions to your guests can really help you ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible on your big day. Typical questions could be:

• Do you have any dietary requirements?
• What is your meal preference?
• What's a song that will get you on the dance floor?
• Do you require any special assistance?

Questions are created and applied to a wedding event.

You can apply a question to an existing event by clicking on the edit event icon.

Next click on + Add Question

You'll be prompted to input your question (or statement, such as Please select your meal preferences)

You can then choose whether your guest's response is required or optional.

Next you'll will select your Answer Type. You can either select Text Input or Options

Text Input

This is simply to allow your guests to respond with an open answer. They can write anything they like.

Options

You can offer your guests an unlimited amount of options to select. Ideal for menu options.

Selecting the Amount of selectable options, will limit your guest's amount of options that they can select. They can select up to and including that amount. For example, for a limit of 3 options: guests can select 0 (when response is optional), 1, 2 or 3 options.

The order in which the questions are created is the order in which they are presented to the guests. You can reorder the questions by clicking and dragging the drag handle shown below.

Finally, click Save and you're done!
